Episode #5: Challenging the binary (German)

Rico Schüpbach wants to show approaches in episode #6t on how inclusion can be thought of as intersectional and, above all, non-binary.

We read about equality or inclusion and honestly, don't we all think in categories like man and woman? That's too simplistic. Forms of discrimination are complex and multifaceted, so: Challenging the Binary! Rico Schüpbach wants to show approaches in this live event on how inclusion can be thought of as intersectional and, above all, non-binary.

An event for anyone who wants to approach the topic. Gender identity, sexual orientation, gender expression, LGBTIQ+, what does all of that mean? And then there's gender-neutral language. As a queer person and communications professional, I want to familiarize you with some basics.

Nadia Fischer, CEO of Witty Works, moderates the event, which is meant to make the topic more understandable and sharpen our everyday perspective.
